Surround Care exists to:
- Provide children a safe, caring, and supportive Christ-centered environment surrounding the school day hours
- Make it easier for families to allow their children to attend St. Matthew’s School
Examples of Experiences
- Devotions based on Bible stories and Bible passages
- Support of classroom learning
- Time to work on school assignments and projects
- Time for recreational and social interaction
- Outdoor and/or gymnasium activities
- Midday Surround Care → lunchtime meal / rest-quiet time
Scheduled After-School Care Rates & Enrollment:
The fees for each child will be $4.50 per hour. Sign-up is required on Friday (or the last school day of the week) for the following week, along with the schedule of times needed for each child. Students who have not been scheduled will not be admitted, unless approved on a drop-in basis by the director. Accounts will be charged monthly for actual hours spent in after school care via autopay transaction. Late fees will be assessed for children remaining after 5:30pm.
