To reserve the gym, please contact Mr. Bode or Mrs. Anderson. A St. Matthew’s member who is at least 18 years old must be present during your reservation. You are responsible for turning off all lights and returning any equipment to its proper storage location after use. St. Matthew’s sponsored events take priority. Please note that the gym will not be open for reservation until noon on Sundays. St. Matthew’s reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee if the gym is not left in its original condition. Additionally, the individual who reserves the gym will be held fully responsible for any damages to the facility or equipment that occur during their reserved time. Please consider donating $5 per child for each reservation to cover the cost of upkeep in the gym.
